Trip with Forest Birds
The number of bird species, population size, and distribution vary depending on the geographical zones and regions of Mongolia. As you move from the south to the north, the number of species tends to decrease. In Mongolia, 23 families, 70 genera, 237 species, and 519 bird species have been recorded. More than 80% of these are migratory birds. In Bogd Khan Mountain, several therapeutic springs, 54 species of mammals, approximately 1660 species of insects, and 194 species of birds have been documented.
